1. Who we are

This website is operated by KardTech Trading L.L.C. ("KardTech", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration number 185673 and Commercial Licence number 244294, with its registered office at Building 138, Street 83, Zone 55, Office 200, 2nd Floor, Doha, Qatar.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name, if you provide it
• The solution you are interested in
• The content of your message

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever information you include in that message.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quotation or proposal for our products and services. We may retain correspondence to maintain a record of our dealings with you and to meet Qatari commercial record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary:

• Service providers — our website host and the form-delivery service that transmits contact form submissions to our inbox. These providers process data on our instructions only.
• Legal requirement — where we are obliged to disclose information by Qatari law or a competent authority.

Some of these providers may process data outside Qatar. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain our business records, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable Qatari law, including Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your personal data where we have no continuing need to hold it
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and form submissions are transmitted securely. 8. Third-party links

Our site links to external services including our digital business card platform and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. We recommend reviewing the policy of any third-party service before sharing information with it.

9. Fonts and external resources

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these files, Google may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering the font. No other information is shared with Google by this website.

10. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date shown above. Material changes will be reflected in that date.
